White water rafting
The
mighty rivers of Costa Rica are a temptation to nature lovers and rafting
enthusiasts.
Four different
kinds of rapids ranging from the novice to the expert levels, allow one
to enjoy the ruggedness as well as the beauty of the river.
During the trip you might see parrots, toucans and monkeys, as well as a great variety of vegetation. The visitor may choose between class IV of the Pacuare River or class III of the Reventazon river.
Before we start the tour, our tour guides will make a wide introduction to the adventure as well as all related to the equipment and rules to follow in order to enjoy the tour in a safety way.
Experts will assist the thrill seekers during the whole trip. This is an adventure that all visitors to Costa Rica can not miss as the fun and excitement are worth every penny you pay for it. Paddle sport enthusiasts can count on Costa Rica's extensive network of rushing rivers for fabulous white water, all year round. But from May to November, the rivers are swollen with Green Season rains and offer even more exciting waves for the rafter, kayaker and canoeist, alike. The warm tropical climate and imcomparable settings of lush rainforest or verdant fields are an added bonus.
All river runs are under the direction of a professional guide, trained to North American standards, who knows every inch of the river and whose job it is to ensure the safest possible experience. Equipment is of the highest quality and regularly inspected - from rafts, kayaks and canoes to life jackets and helmets.
